A special service that allows people of determination to file complaints or criminal reports with police from their homes through smart devices and applications after calling 999, has been introduced in the Capital.

The service launched this week by Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, director general of Abu Dhabi Police is as an inspiration from the great objectives of the police leadership in providing and caring for the people of determination.
With the new service, police stations are facilitating home-filing of complaints and criminal reports for the people of determination, through smart devices and applications, and high-quality services," said Brigadier Mohammed Suhail Al Rashdi, director, Abu Dhabi Police's Criminal Security Sector adding that launching the service was aimed at sparing them from visiting police stations to file criminal reports as well as increasing customer satisfaction through quick and easy reporting of emergencies.
The "We Care for You" service is provided through the toll-free number (999) of the Abu Dhabi Police Command and Control Centre.
