Embassy issues advisory for Filipinos in UAE amid US-Iran tensions

Travel warning issued for Pakistanis and Indians on Wednesday amid Iran-US tensions.

The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi issued an advisory for Filipinos living in the Middle East amid Iran-US tensions.

A statement issued on January 8, 2020, after Iran attacks on Iraqi airbases used by US forces, Filipinos in the region to contact their respective embassies in case they are affected by the crisis and need to be repatriated.

Filipinos in the UAE were provided with contact details of embassies and consulates in the country.
