60 villas for UAQ citizens

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Foundation will build 60 villas in each emirate, and work will commence shortly for the construction of 60 villas in Umm Al Quwain.

Ibrahim Bu Mallha, Deputy Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, said, “The contract is part of a broad charity programme aimed at providing accommodation to low-income citizens and local extended families.”

“The project will be located in the Al Salma area. Each villa will house four master bedrooms, hall, majlis for men and women, kitchen and an outer annexe, including one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a store for the housemaid,” he explained.

“We hope this initiative will have a far-reaching impact on the local families,” Ibrahim Bu Mallha stated.
