38 illegal workers detected in raids
ABU DHABI - Ministry of Labour (MoL) officials carried out inspections at 1,443 firms in Abu Dhabi from November 11 to 22 and found 38 illegal workers, said an informed source at the ministry.

Assistant Undersecretary in the MoL Obaid Rashid Al Zahmi said the ministry imposed penalties on the violators, including suspension of transactions with the MoL for six months to three years.
