 The Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has approved 1,017 citizens entitled to housing loans, grants and financial assistance.
Of these approvals, 118 were for building loans, three for ready-made houses, 887 for residential plots, eight grant approvals for financial assistance, and one approval for government housing. Committees rejected 12 applications for failing to meet the conditions.
The move follows the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to provide decent living standards for citizens.
