Abu Dhabi authority confirms one killed in drone attack at Zayed International Airport

Abu Dhabi Airports said authorities were dealing with a drone attack at Zayed International Airport, which resulted in one death and seven injuries. The authority had earlier announced that an "incident" took place at the airport.
