The 19-month-old Egyptian baby girl, Leen Mahmoud Farghaly, who fell off the window of her family's apartment in the 10th floor in Ras Al Khaimah on February 17, has fully recovered and is happily running around.
The images of the toddler put on a ventilator had garnered an overwhelming sympathy, prayer, and wishes for survival from everybody nationwide.
The video footage that showed Leen running happily and fully recovered has put a wide smile on the faces of all those who knew about her critical condition and much-anticipated survival.
Leen's father, Mahmoud Farghali, thanked everyone for supporting his family and praying for his little kid. "I am happy to announce that my daughter is getting better". "She is the daughter of the UAE," he added.
"She has been reborn again here after recovering from the accident and I thank everyone who stood by us during these hard times," he said.
The RAK Civil Defense investigations showed that the window the girl fell from did not meet the minimum safety requirements and announced plans to conduct safety checks on windows in high-rise residential buildings across the emirate.

Two months back; exactly in March, she thankfully survived a serious comma she fell into following her fall, she was airlifted to Tawam hospital for medical care.
Dr Nedal Al Hashaika, head of pediatric intensive care unit at the Tawam hospital, who attended to Leen's case, told Khaleej Times that the child has been disconnected from the ventilator. "She has survived the comma, positively responding to treatment, and getting better."
Leen was suffering serious and multiple injuries and fractures all over her body when admitted to the Tawam hospital. "The necessary first aids she received at the Saqr hospital were so critical in stablising her medical condition, and having her recovered soon later," Al Hashaika said.
Police and civil defence sources earlier told Khaleej Times that the almost two-year-old girl luckily fell on the rear windscreen of a white Toyota car parked in front of her building, exactly under the window she fell from.
"Though the glass of the windscreen decreased the impact of the young girl's fall, she was seriously injured," police said.
The distraught father said he was buying some stuff for his family from a nearby supermarket when the tragic fall happened. "Her mother was busy preparing the school bag for our son when Leen quietly climbed on a sofa which was placed under the window," he said.
Her panicked mother saw her when she reached the edge of the window, and rushed to save her, but she slipped off it, he added.
"She called me on the phone while screaming for help running to the ground floor," he said. The distressed father said he was staying in a small apartment with his wife, and six-year son and little daughter. "I bought that sofa bed just two weeks before the mishap," he said.
"My mother is on a visit visa and I was sleeping on that sofa so that she can better enjoy my bed," he added.
