It focuses on reminding youngsters how abiding by traffic signs, speed limits and public safety instructions such as wearing seat belts, can reduce road accidents.

The campaign, launched in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah, the Western Region and Al Ain, will be held till 0ctober 2.

More than 200 volunteers from the Foundation’s Takatof social volunteering programme and the National Emergency Response Volunteer programme (Sanid) are expected to dedicate 3,000 service hours to the campaign, supported by the General Holding Company in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and other government organisations.

Organisers will use simulators and video–recorded films to keep in touch with youth groups at schools, universities and shopping centres.
