The UAE Public Prosecution has issued a warning, urging the public not to drive a vehicle without a driving license in the UAE.
The prosecution in a tweet pointed out that driving a vehicle without a driving licence or with a license that does not match the same type of vehicle is a crime as per the traffic laws in the country.

Such violation is penalised with imprisonment for not more than three months or fine of not less than Dh5000 or both, it added.
