Expect heavy traffic at Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence due to the Dubai International Boat Show, which opened on Tuesday and set to end on March 4.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) tweeted: The public are advised to park their vehicles at Palm Jumeirah Monorail parking, buses will be provided there to transport them to the event.

It added: "Due to the expected delay on the streets leading to Dubai International Marine Club, please use the Public Transport to get to the event."
Motorists can expect delays within in Dubai Marina, especially along King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street with RTA suggesting the use of alternative roads such as the Shaikh Zayed Road and through to Al Naseem Street, or to take public transport to the event due to limited parking spaces at the venue.
Multiple accidents on Wednesday slowed down traffic on parts of Dubai's roads. According to Google Maps, slow traffic movement was observed on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and near Sharjah Expo Centre towards Dubai.

According to a popular local traffic monitoring page on Twitter, three accidents were reported on on SMBZR just after National Paints towards Dubai causing added congestion to rush hour traffic.
