'The Australian batter also thinks 'there's no one better in India to have behind the stumps'
Abu Dhabi — The Police Transport Department at the Abu Dhabi Police visited a number of schools and Tamm Centre, as part of the initiative carried out by the department to acquaint Dalma Island residents with the guidelines of safe travel on ferries. The initiative is organised in collaboration with the Community Police Department; the Security Media Department; the Public Relations Section at the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, and Dalma Police Station in the Western region.
Colonel Tariq Al Ghoul, Head of the Transport Police Department at the Abu Dhabi Police, underscored the importance of complying with the security and safety requirements when using the ferry service, in order to maintain the security and safety of citizens. The initiative was staged commensurate with the increased use of marine transport by members of the public, as one of the best available transport solutions.
During their visit to schools and Tamm Center, the Police Transport Department’s team members organised awareness lectures on the safety and guidelines of safe travel on ferries.
