Ahlam Al-Feel, Director of Administrative Services, honoured these workers who were selected on the basis of a number of parameters, including seniority at the RTA, distinguished performance, punctuality in attendance, speedy and effective service provision to RTA’s employees, besides adhering to proper norms of personal attitudes, work practices, and honesty.

Attention was given in selecting multi-national honorees who were rewarded with cash grants and appreciation gifts in a ceremony attended by a host of managers and employees of the department.

“The administrative services department is keen on providing best-in-class services to RTA’s employees in keeping with RTA’s standing among community members. The diverse array of services rendered by the department to RTA’s employees includes the cleaning service which is run by a large team of cleaners deployed in cooperation with a specialised company,” continued Al-Feel.

Baha Uddin Al-Qudra, Director of RTA’s Marine Transport department, honoured three Water Bus skippers, and 2 Seamen at Al Seef Marine Transport Station, Dubai.

“Honouring Water Bus skippers and seamen is based on a set of criteria that include the least number of recorded accidents, least number of fines/violations, highest punctuality, safe navigation, staff appearance, patience of the staff with customers, least complaints from the customers and RTA’s operation staff evaluation.
