UAE-based telecom company Etisalat on Wednesday announced the launch of special offers to keep prepaid and postpaid customers stay connected with family and friends to celebrate Ramadan.
The special Ramadan offers include the 'Ramadan Social Pack' and 100 per cent bonus on recharge promotion.  
Khaled Elkhouly, Chief Consumer Officer, Etisalat, said: "Ramadan is a time of spiritual awareness as well as a time to connect and strengthen family bonds. Reflecting the spirit and values of Ramadan, Etisalat is reaching out to its customers through a host of offers during the holy month. During this period, the launch of these special deals helps customers keep in touch with family and friends across the country and on social media to share their thoughts and experiences as well as keeping track of important daily events throughout the month."
The 'Ramadan Social Pack' offers customers 25GB data for Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter for Dh100. The promo allowance will be valid for 30 days from the date of subscription. Customers will be able to subscribe to the Ramadan Social Pack by dialing *135*100#.
For Wasel prepaid customers, the special Ramadan deal gives them double the bonus on every recharge of Dh30 or more that can be used to make calls, send SMS and connect to the internet on a per minute basis through the Etisalat 'Start-Stop Data' and 'Play on Demand' services. The bonus will be valid for 7 days from the date of recharge and after consuming the main balance.  
Wasel prepaid customers can subscribe free of charge from the first day of Ramadan until June 4.
