Having trouble with mobile services in UAE? Telco responds

Residents in UAE on Friday faced issues on their du mobile networks. Customers were complaining about not being able to recharge the balance and activate new offers on their handsets.
Du took to Twitter to apologise for the inconvenience caused and informed that the issue had been resolved soon.

"The prepaid services are working fine, except for recharging your balance and activating new offers," du said in its tweet.

"The upgrade will end in the coming few hours. We're here if you need any help," the telecom company added.
