With the older models of the Apple iPod already phased out, avid collectors are willing to pay high prices for device, according to a report by the Daily Mirror. 
Apple killed off the iPod Nano and Shuffle last month leaving only the Touch as the remaining model in the line-up. The farewell was also marked by the Touch getting an upgrade in the form of double capacity. As of late, the Apple UAE website shows that the iPod Touch is available in both 32 and 128GB capacities. 
If you do own an iPod Nano or Shuffle, you're in luck.

The Daily Mirror report reveals that these devices now command high prices since Apple removed them from their line-up. A listing on ebay.co.uk for example has a 6^th generation iPod Nano for sale for a staggering £1,299 (Dh6,200) - Exceeding four times more than its original price of Dh649. A 7^th Gen iPod Nano is also listed for 999 AUD (Dh2,896), the original price for the 7^th Gen is only Dh799.

So if you've got an iPod, hold on to it or cash in on its value. All up to you.
