The growing regional portfolio of programmes currently consists of two MBA programmes alongside an expanding range of specialist Master's courses focusing on real estate, and education, and a new programme on financial management.

All the University's programmes are faculty-led and delivered through the blended learning format offering working professionals all the flexibility and convenience of online self-study complemented by valuable face-to-face (the choice of physical or virtual) workshops and course conferences hosted by the Middle East Centre in Dubai.

These forums provide the opportunity for students to develop their professional networks with peers, discuss experiences with fellow students working across the world in diverse professional environments, and to meet the academic team. Working in groups is where students have the chance to apply theory to practice through real-life case studies based on contemporary business and industry problems.

For working professionals looking to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to progress their careers, these faculty-led courses are designed to equip them with the technical and leadership skills sought by organisations worldwide.

The most recent addition is the part-time MSc in Financial Management, starting in September 2021, joining the two part-time MBA options and the specialist MSc degree in Real Estate, and MA in Educational Leadership in Practice.

The new part-time MSc in Financial management is a flexible master's degree introducing the tools and techniques that finance practitioners regularly use and is designed to help students transform their careers by developing their financial understanding, expertise and skills.

The flagship Manchester Global Part-time MBA programme continues to attract high-quality students and in the latest intake (January 2021) 90 new students joined the programme bringing a vast range of professional experience from industry and consulting. It's a very diverse and international cohort with strong female representation and many of the new students joined on the basis of a personal recommendation. The University's Alliance Manchester Business School is now ranked 30th in the world, according to The Financial Times 2021 ranking.

Together with Kelley School of Business (Indiana University, USA), Alliance Manchester Business School also offers the two-year part-time Kelley-Manchester Global MBA providing a unique international experience for working professionals in the Middle East, with student support provided through the team based in Dubai. Graduates are awarded an MBA degree by each university.

Now open for inspiration

In these extraordinary times, we are finding inspiration everywhere - from the new cohort of MBA students to our current students who are making a real difference to their organisations and communities. Our alumni continue to inspire us, whether it's by building a successful career or writing an inspiring new book to help others. Connecting with inspirational peers can be a challenge but it's crucial. This is why our workshops and conferences are now 'hybrid', offering the choice of physical or virtual face-to-face connection. Our aim is to ensure that blended learning is an inspiring, life-transforming experience.
