She emphasises the UAE’s continued success in shaping a future driven by innovation, opportunity and humanitarian leadership

Mouza Saeed bin Ahmed Al Otaiba, Founder and CEO of Al Otaiba Inma Group, affirmed that the celebration of the UAE’s 54th National Day coincides with the nation’s continued success in achieving leadership and excellence across multiple sectors. Today, the UAE tops major global indicators in economy, innovation, women’s empowerment, higher education, digital competitiveness, soft power, and sustainability, placing it among the world’s most advanced nations.
On this occasion, Al Otaiba said: “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with Their Highnesses, Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates, and to the people and residents of this blessed land on the 54th Union Day. May this occasion return upon us with continued goodness, progress and prosperity.”
She added: “We also congratulate Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation. We deeply value her pivotal role in supporting the Union’s journey and her tireless efforts in empowering Emirati women across all fields.”
Al Otaiba highlighted that over the past five decades, the UAE has invested significantly in supporting Emirati women, enabling them to hold leadership roles and serve as true partners in the country’s ongoing development and progress.
She emphasised the importance of preparing and empowering entrepreneurs — both women and men by guiding them toward opportunities that align with their capabilities. This includes supporting individuals who possess financial resources but lack sufficient knowledge of investment tools. Proper training, she noted, alongside presenting viable investment ideas —whether in key sectors or through investment funds will help generate economic growth, ensure optimal use of capital, and provide long-term benefits for local entrepreneurs and investors.
She pointed to emerging sectors where creativity and innovation can thrive, particularly through investments in artificial intelligence, advanced technology and digital transformation, critical drivers of future economic growth.
Al Otaiba also commended the UAE’s forward-looking legislation and the wide range of opportunities provided to the nation’s youth, enabling them to contribute actively to sustainable economic development and launch pioneering ventures that support growth and expansion.
She praised the UAE’s longstanding humanitarian efforts and foreign aid, which since the nation’s founding have supported developing countries in improving economic growth, essential services and overall quality of life. She noted that the UAE’s approach aims to reduce poverty, foster peace, promote prosperity and strengthen mutually beneficial global partnerships.
Al Otaiba highlighted the UAE’s role in supporting the people of Gaza, describing it as a global model in humanitarian relief. UAE aid has served as a lifeline for hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families during the current crisis, particularly children, women and youth facing extreme hardship and famine-level conditions.
She added that the UAE’s humanitarian initiatives extend across continents, providing essential support to victims of earthquakes, floods and natural disasters in Türkiye, Syria, Afghanistan, East Asia, Africa and beyond, helping communities overcome difficult circumstances and access vital food and medical aid.
