Kicking off today at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and running until February 21, 2025 the event — under the theme ‘The Next Frontier in Food’ — is set to redefine the future of food commerce and global trade. With an anticipated $20 billion in trade deals over five days, Gulfood 2025 represents a staggering one per cent of the global food and beverages (F&B) trade, cementing its status as a game-changer in the industry.

Gulfood 2025 will showcase more than one million products from over 5,500 exhibitors spanning 129 countries, from multinational giants to emerging start-ups. Visitors can explore an expansive 1.3 million square feet of exhibition space across 24 halls, featuring groundbreaking product launches, cutting-edge ingredients, and trendsetting flavours. National pavilions from powerhouses like the USA, France, Brazil, UK, India, Singapore, Japan, and Australia will be present, while first-time exhibitors from Kosovo, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Zambia will add fresh perspectives to the global F&B landscape.
