The Covid-19 pandemic has forever changed attitudes towards hygiene and sterilisation. Keeping common spaces safe and sanitised has become of paramount importance as governments, public and private organisations around the globe look to get back to business responsibly while promoting consumer confidence and a safe environment for all.

Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), one of the world's leading wellness groups and a manufacturer of hygienic paper products, is leading the charge in creating healthy environments for the public and private sectors. Through its corporate arm Fine Solutions, the company has launched Fine Disinfection Solutions, a dedicated disinfection service for companies and businesses across various sectors navigating the Covid-19 pandemic in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt.

The bespoke service includes the disinfection of premises and contact surfaces such as floors, walls and countertops as well as small and otherwise inaccessible spots through state-of-the-art spraying and fogging techniques. It also utilises EPA-approved products to ensure a germ-free environment.

By delivering effective cleaning against bacteria, fungi, algae and viruses including Covid-19, Fine Disinfection Solutions is on the front line in the fight against the pandemic and has already attracted a number of international brands looking to disinfect restaurants, hotels, schools, offices, factories, labour camps and public spaces across the region.

James Michael Lafferty, CEO of FHH, said: "As a leading player in the global hygiene industry, we are fully aware of our strategic role in combatting the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the broad range of retail products that help regional businesses safeguard against the virus, we are optimising our expertise in sterilised solutions and products to up the disinfection ante with Fine Disinfection Solutions.

"Our world-class solutions help disinfect and stop the spread of germs, providing streamlined disinfection of high-traffic touchpoints and surfaces. With much of the region currently working remotely, companies are rightly concerned about the safety of their public spaces and working environments when employees return to work. Disinfected premises are essential to protect lives and businesses."

He added: "At Fine, we are committed to helping brands manage safe spaces, protect lives and mitigate operational risk. Our new service offers reliability and reassurance to all operators in the public and private sectors."

As the Mena region's leading producer of hygienic products, FHH has also dramatically increased in-market production of its reusable Fine Guard face mask. FHH is also set to introduce reusable Fine Guard gloves into the Mena market as well as a new hygienic product called Fine Guard wipes which will help combat Covid-19.
