Condor’s portfolio comprises over 5,000 completed construction projects across multiple verticals in the UAE, India and Qatar

The Dubai-based Condor Group, a leading global creator of luxury residential properties comes with a legacy of 40+ years of building excellence. Condor’s portfolio comprises over 5,000 completed construction projects across multiple verticals in the UAE, India and Qatar, cumulatively spanning some two million square feet of premium real estate.
Middle East’s first LEED Platinum-rated Green Building
Even before sustainability and green construction became the buzzwords, Condor had developed the very first LEED Platinum rated Green Building in the Middle East, and 16th in the world. Other accolades include a best construction group award from the Dubai Municipality, valued partner recognition from Du, HSE Award from Dubai Health Authority etc.
Vertical Integration
“We have been able to stick to the clock and reap quality and efficiencies because of agile planning that is supported to a significant extent by our vertical integration capability. Our in-house expertise across key aspects of property development helps us with capabilities at every stage of the construction lifecycle,” said Vidhyadharan Sivaprasad, Chairman and CEO of Condor Developers.
Condor’s stellar reputation as one of the largest contracting companies necessitated the need to develop in-house expertise. Under the Condor brand, in-house business units span electro-mechanical for all MEP requirements, joinery and carpentry, aluminium and glazing, flooring, water proofing and painting as well as logistics and transportation.
Luxury Residential Foray
With its proven mettle in construction and development, it was a natural extension for Condor to foray into its own brand of luxury residential development in 2006.
With over Dh2.5 billion worth of projects in the pipeline by 2027, and over Dh500 million in active construction, apart from Dh600 million worth of projects handed over in the recent past, Condor Developers has been on a sustained growth path scaling new peaks.
Condor has already delivered three of its residential projects – Dh100 million Condor Castle in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dh500 million ultra-luxury premium waterfront project, Condor Marina Star in Dubai Marina, which includes two penthouse worth Dh30 million each and an Dh40 million villa. In 2025, Condor also handed over Concept 7 in JVC.
Projects at advanced stages of completion include, Dh250 million Condor Sonate Residences in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), and Dh300 million Condor Golf Links 18 in the Dubai Sports City.
On the drawing board and soon to be launched are two more projects — Dh200 million Condor Fortuna in Majan, and upcoming project in Dubai Island. These developments will add to the premium and super-luxury residential landscape of Dubai.
