Established in 1976, Al Mawrid was among the first pillars of our diversified portfolio — a project born from ambition, resilience, and a belief in the potential of a young nation that was rapidly stepping into its future.

From its earliest days, Al Mawrid embodied Thomsun’s core philosophy: invest in people, embrace technology, and serve the community with integrity. What began as a modest printing operation has grown, over four decades, into one of the UAE’s most trusted names in commercial printing and packaging.

Its capabilities span lamination, foiling, embossing, UV varnishing, die-cutting, thermo-binding, shrink-wrapping, custom box making, and more — allowing the company to serve as a one-stop destination for premium commercial print and packaging.
