On this momentous day, I offer my warmest congratulations to a country whose journey has been both purposeful and profound. The UAE stands today as a global economic force and a radiant emblem of innovation, competitiveness, and resilience. Its real GDP reached 1.77 trillion dirhams ($481 billion) in 2024, achieving steady 4% growth, while non-oil GDP — now surpassing 75% of the total illuminates a diversification drive shaped with foresight, patience, and remarkable strategic clarity. The nation has not merely followed global currents; it has charted a course uniquely its own, guided by a vision that continues to inspire the world.
Our Shared Journey
It is within this landscape of rising ambition and purposeful momentum that BorgRollsWarner (UK) Limited has grown, transformed, and found its deeper calling. When we began in 2004, our mission was modest in scale yet bold in spirit: to deliver premium truck and trailer components at fair prices and build partnerships grounded in trust — the kind of trust that endures the tests of time.
By 2008, the UAE had become our first major market beyond the United Kingdom. Here, among visionary entrepreneurs and steadfast fleet operators, our reputation for reliability took root. These early relationships did more than strengthen our business; they shaped our identity and the values that continue to guide us.
As our aspirations expanded, so too did our footprint. We soon reached 29 countries, supported by structured, OEM-aligned quality systems that reinforced consistency and deepened confidence. In 2016, we broadened our offerings — brake systems, suspension components, filtration, rubber parts, cooling solutions completing our evolution into a holistic aftermarket provider.
Even amid the profound disruptions of 2020, we held steady. While global supply chains faltered, we fortified our logistics, protected inventory continuity, and expanded into African and Central Asian markets by 2022 — a journey defined as much by resilience as by aspiration.
The Next Chapter
By 2024, we refined our brand identity — from testing regimes to the visual language of our packaging — preparing for the path ahead. Our GCC operations accelerated with a broader range including filters, radiators, shock absorbers, and sensors. In 2025, we reached a defining milestone with the opening of our flagship showroom in Deira, Dubai, and the unveiling of our in-house brands RITZ and emBRWace.
Today, our presence is anchored by a distinguished regional portfolio — Redington International Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC, BorgRollsWarner Middle East LLC, BorgRollsWarner Middle East FZE, and John Rhee Automotive WLL in Bahrain — each adding strength, capability, and reach as we serve 36 countries and continue to expand.
The UAE’s flourishing entrepreneurial ecosystem — shaped by visionary leadership, world-class infrastructure, and a generous openness to global talent has created a landscape where ambition becomes action and innovation becomes habit.
