Australian fast bowling legend Glenn McGrath recently rated compatriot Mitchell Starc as the best fast bowler in world cricket.
"His ability to bowl attacking lengths with the new ball and reverse the older ball at over 150 kph makes him a difficult proposition for batsmen," McGrath said during an event in India recently.
Starc (148 Test wickets at 28.35 and 134 ODI wickets at 20.13) is undoubtedly a world class performer with the ball in both formats of the game.
But is he really the best bowler in the world? Especially, when you have incredibly talented fast bowlers like Mohammad Amir (remember his stunning opening spell against India in the Champions Trophy final?), Vernon Philander (whose priceless ability to swing the ball late have won South Africa so many Test matches), James Anderson (England's all-time highest Test wicket-taker) and young South African Kagiso Rabada, it's difficult to determine who is better than who.
So we will leave the floor to you today.
We are giving you 10 options below and select your best fast bowler in the world.
