The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the most-awaited cricket tournament in the world, is just around the corner.
And it comes with a lot of responsibilities and utmost discipline is required from everyone closely involved in the game.
The bio-secure bubble is an environment created to protect the players, staff and officials from the threat of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The players will be confined to their rooms when they are not playing or training in order to minimize the risk of contracting the infection.
These protocols will be observed in all four major environments which include hotels, training sessions, matches and transportation.
Any breach in this bio-secure bubble will not only put the player in trouble, but it could harm the entire tournament.
Two of the teams have already completed their six-day quarantine after arriving in the UAE as the players have been following all the strict health protocols put in place for the tournament.
With empty stands, minimum interaction with their family members, and strict adherence to rules, the players are putting their best foot forward to keep up the spirit of the game, both physically and mentally.
As the excitement is still palpable for the fans and players, there should be no room for mistakes.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli rightly said that a single mistake can ruin the whole tournament.
So it's important for everyone involved in the tournament to follow the rules as we are all waiting with bated breath for the world's most popular tournament.
