DUBAI - Horse breeding in Latin America received a substantial boost after leading horse owner and breeder Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, decided to extend his operations to Brazil, Chile and Argentine.
