Free cricket coaching for Emiratis in Fujairah

Sharjah - This is Desert Cubs' fifth branch across UAE

There was good news for Emirati cricket lovers of Fujairah as Desert Cubs opened their doors to them in a bid to spread and develop the game in the region.
The new centre is equipped with four astro practice pitches with flood lights for evening and night coaching including a bowling machine and various advanced drill equipments to cater to all age groups. It is located at the Tennis and Country Club, Fujairah,
Mazhar Khan, ECB administrator, Mohammed Tauqir, former UAE World Cup captain, Shaiman Anwar and Mohammed Tauqir attended the opening ceremony along with a large number of kids and club players.
Mazhar Khan expressed his gratitude to Desert Cubs for providing a top quality facility for cricketers in the area which was a huge barrier in developing and getting youngsters into the stream. He also thanked Desert Cubs for their contribution in coaching and spreading this beautiful game of cricket across UAE.
This is Desert Cubs' fifth branch across UAE and the first centre to open outside the emirates of Dubai and Sharjah.
Coincidently Mohammed Naveed is from Fujairah and was happy to extend his support towards coaching the kids in the area.
Desert Cubs has been coaching cricket in UAE for more than 11 years and has provided a good number of junior and senior male and female players to UAE National teams.
This new centre is equipped with four top quality astro practice nets with flood lights for evening and night coaching including a bowling machine and various advanced drill equipments to cater to all age groups and to provide best quality training to all the members at the venue. The new centre is located at Tennis and Country Club Fujairah, which has all the facilities to conduct high performance programs to all levels of cricketers that will give us an edge to provide junior and senior cricket lovers the real taste of top quality coaching under the supervision of qualified and well experienced coaches.
