UAE football association suspends refereeing team that officiated Al Ain, Al Jazira match

The UAE Football Association has decided to suspend the refereeing team that officiated the match between Al Ain and Al Jazira on Sunday, the governing body announced on Monday.

The match in the ADNOC Pro League, which took place at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, ended in a 1-1 draw.

The suspension will last until the end of the season, the association added.

As per the association, the decision comes in accordance with the internal regulations of the Referees Committee.
