How can we book/purchase tickets?
Visit http://bit.ly/AsiaCup2018UAE to find the ticket categories available to book here for all Dubai matches. The tickets are non-refundable.
Where can we see the seating map?
The seating map can be seen on the Platinumlist website. It is on the event page, once you select a ticket category.
What are the different type of ticket categories available?
General Admission, International, Premium (East), Premium (West), Platinum, Corporate Lounge, VIP Lounge, Season Pass. For more details, visit http://bit.ly/AsiaCup2018UAE (for Dubai matches only)
Is the event outdoors or indoors, and where will the matches be held?
This is an outdoor event. It is a large stadium with a separate access and entry. Dubai matches will be held at the Dubai International Stadium, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Dubai Sports City.

Are HD cameras allowed?
No professional or recording equipment will be allowed in the premises. This includes, but not limited to, DSLRs, GoPROs, Drones, etc.
Can I bring food and drinks at the stadium?
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase at the venue. For Corporate and VIP Lounge ticket holders, hospitality is included as part of the offering.
Where can I park?
Express Dh50 and Standard Paid Parking Dh20 are available at the stadium. Free Shuttle Buses are also provided from the parking to the stadium every 15 minutes.
Can I leave the venue and re-enter?
No re-entry once ticket/s have been scanned.
Are there ATMs available on site?
No. Please carry enough cash for use.
Are there shuttle services?
Yes. The locations are to and from Deira City Centre, Burjuman, Mall of the Emirates, Al Quoz and Sharjah City Centre.
Is there an age limit?
There are no age restrictions to enjoy this tournament. Anyone over the age of three needs a ticket.
What are the opening hours of the ticket window?
We recommend buying your tickets well in advance. Owing to them selling fast, it would be our best endeavour to ensure that everyone who desires has a ticket, but capacities are limited. If you purchase your ticket online, you will not need to exchange your e-tickets at a ticket window.
How many tickets can I buy per match?

Can I resell my tickets?
Resale of tickets is not permitted by law. Platinumlist is the official ticketing partner and we recommend that you buy your tickets from their site. Any other sources of tickets could be fake or likewise, and shall not grant your entry into the venue.
Permissible items that can be taken to stadium?
Power banks, pens, mobile cables, baby food, non-offensive banners and placards. All other items will be prohibited while entering the Stadium.
What happens if I cannot attend the match even if I have a ticket?
You could gift your ticket to a friend or loved one.
