Darren Sammy, West Indies cricketer and captain of Peshawar Zalmi, a Pakistan Super League franchise T20 cricket team, won hearts of online after he paid a visit to the Quaid's Mausoleum on Sunday.

According to reports in Geo.tv, dressed in a traditional  shalwar kameez, Sammy and Peshawar Zalmi team owner Javed Afridi, visited the Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah's mausoleum. Sammy shared several pictures and video of his visit on Twitter.
In one video from the visit, Sammy wrote: 'What an Amazing experience I had visiting the Tomb of the legend Mohammad Ali Jinnah.. Faith Unity Discipline and add Love to it will make the world a better place'. The video received 95,000 views and over 22,000 likes since being shared on Twitter on Monday.

While, Monday's clash saw Peshawar Zalmi recording a 61-run win against Karachi Kings at the National Stadium in Karachi. Karachi Kings was unable to reach the 204-run target set by Zalmi despite a 71-run knock by CA Ingram. As a result of the win, Zalmi is now at the top of the PSL points table, Dawn reported.
Sammy, who replaced Chris Gayle in 2010, is the only captain to have won ICC World T20 twice - first in 2012 against Sri Lanka and then in 2016 against England.
