1. The Workouts
Crank offers three different types of classes, with special slots for ladies only, for a well-rounded workout routine: RIDE - a full body workout set against beat-pumping tracks and state of the art light and sound system; SHAPE - high intensity interval training and functional movement skills designed to challenge, shape and tone your muscles; and STRETCH - dynamic and static stretching for all levels of flexibility to aid muscle recovery.
2. The Instructors
Instructors at Crank have one common goal, and that is to push you to your limits and redefine your threshold. They are energetic, inspiring and invested in every single member that joins the Crank family. Being a boutique studio helps build stronger instructor-client relationships, giving you the feel of a more personalised approach.
3. The Experience
No two classes at Crank are the same, especially in the RIDE studio. The combination of lights, lasers and the music makes every instructor unique, and every class a whole new experience. You get lost in the beat and let the music lead the ride, and it longer feels like a workout. And if that wasn't enough, the fun is taken to a new level with themed rides every week, live DJ rides, and rides to celebrate special occasions and international days.
4. The Community
At Crank there's a strong sense of community and you see it amongst instructors and clients. There's also a sense of team effort in classes, especially in the RIDE studio. Even though each person will have their own individual score after a RIDE session, the actual class is done as a collective group and makes you feel like part of a tribe.

With every workout routine, consistency is key, and the classes at Crank are designed to challenge, and push you on the path to achieve your fitness goals.
