Instead of being stern, this principal of a Chinese school is quite the opposite and loves to shake leg with his students.
Zhand Pengei, 40, is winning hearts online after his video went viral showing him leading his students in a dance act because he wants them to exercise more. 
The video shows the principal of Xi Guan Primary School in Linyi county, Shanxi province, dressed up in all black as he dancing along with a microphone in his hand to instruct his students.
While the students in the footage are seen flawlessly dancing behind their principal in a well-synchronised shuffle dance.
Pengfei first learned the shuffle dance himself and then taught his students, Indian Express quoted South China Morning Post reports.
Not expecting the video to go viral, Pengfei told the news website, "This is just a small activity at our school - I just wanted to offer a different way to exercise during the class break."
In the video the students are doing is 'Guibu' or ghost dance steps while in these dance breaks students are directed to exercise with bending, stretching, jumping and more to improve their strength, flexibility and teamwork.
