Not everyday do we come across employers welcoming their employees' return not only with open arms but with a little 'welcome back' party too.
However, one Saudi man has set an example by welcoming his family driver back in the most heart-warming way.
He posted a photo of the hospitable gesture of himself and his driver cutting a cake, on Twitter. Users online responded positively to the man's amicable gesture towards his driver.

"Saudis have great humanitarian feelings for their fellow men, everyone who visits Saudi Arabia or works there can vouch for that, one Twitter user said.
The other responded to this gesture by saying that something as simple doesn't cost more than SR50 but it brings joy to the man for the next 50 years.

When he was told that his nanny's husband had passed away and that she was not aware of it, he didn't know how to divulge and share the tragic news with the Sri Lankan woman. He was afraid that she would feel devastated on hearing it.
So, he quietly arranged her air tickets telling her that her husband had fallen sick and she should go back to her country, according to reports on social media.
In a viral video, the young Emirati can be seen bidding her a warm send-off, the man ensured that the nanny, Sally, felt relaxed and content as she left.
The concerned woman can be seen inquiring about her husband's health, but the man consoles her by kissing her forehead and telling her that God's will is supreme.
