Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, arrived in Saudi capital's today to participate in the third King Abdulaziz Camel Festival.
The King Abdulaziz Camel Festival for Camels in Riyadh is an annual cultural, economic, sports and entertainment festival in Saudi Arabia held under royal patronage.
It aims to consolidate and strengthen the camel heritage in the Saudi, Arab and Islamic culture and provide a cultural, tourist, sports, leisure and economic destination for camels and their heritage
Sheikh Hamdan was welcomed upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport by Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region.
Sheikh Hamdan then proceeded to the festival closing ceremony ground at Ar-Rumhiya, where he was greeted by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and several princes and senior officials.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman wished Sheikh Hamdan a pleasant stay and welcomed the UAE participation in the heritage camel festival.
Sheikh Hamdan was accompanied by a delegation including Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and other UAE officials.
