Two militants were killed and five others arrested in raids on three locations on Wednesday, the Presidency of State Security said in a statement, carried by Saudi Press Agency, SPA.
A Daesh suicide bomber belonging to the cell blew himself up in Al Rimal district in Riyadh, according to the statement, which also said that a gunman who had refused to surrender to the security forces had been killed.
Saudi security forces seized in the operation Kalashnikov rifles, live ammunition and chemicals used in the manufacture of explosives.
The raids targeted three sites belonging to the Daesh cell, one is a rest-house in the district of Al Rimal district, east of the city of Riyadh, which was used as a factory to manufacture explosive belts and devices, reported SPA.
A suicide bomber blew himself up by triggering an explosive belt when trapped in the area. Shreds of flesh were scattered in the rest-house. The explosion ignited a fire in this rest-house and a neighbouring one.

The security forces killed the armed terrorist in the apartment after he refused to surrender.
The third location is a stable for horses located in the district of Al Ghannamiya in the suburb of Al Ha'ir, south of Riyadh. The cell used it for meetings and planning their terrorist activities.
