Saudi Arabia intercepts two Houthi drones

The Air Defence Forces of the coalition have successfully intercepted and dropped drone aircraft launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia on Tuesday, aimed at civilians at a residential area in Abha , the coalition's spokesperson said in a statement released by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
He also stated that at 11.45pm yesterday, the Air Defence forces of the coalition intercepted and shot down a plane loaded with explosives launched by the Houthi militia towards the Kingdom.
He affirmed the coalition's efforts to defend the country and confirmed that it will continue to neutralize hostile Houthi capabilities.
The Houthis have launched several strikes at Abha since last week when a missile attack on the airport wounded 26 people.
