Amid world-class services and secure and comfortable atmospheres overwhelming the Grand Mosque in Makkah, more than two million worshippers gathered at the world's most sacred place to attend the last night of the Quran recitation during the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
The prayers, during which reading of the verses of the holy Quran was completed this evening, were led by Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sidais.
Thanks to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense; as well as the follow-up of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Advisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region; and his deputy Prince Abdullah bin Badr bin Abdulaziz, the event went as smooth as would be.
At the same time, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah-based Prophet's mosque witnessed hundreds of thousands of worshippers who flocked from different parts of the world to attend the holy night.
Thanks to the direct follow-up of Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region; and his deputy Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, the worshippers performed their rituals in ease and comfort.
