Riyadh Police were able to identify and arrested the man who was filmed whilst slapping a municipal worker at a communal park in a video that went viral on social media recently.

He was identified as a Saudi national in his 30's, and he has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
The incident took place at Shuhada (Martyrs) Park in Grenada, Riyadh.
The 30-year-old Saudi national wearing traditional dress was caught on camera as he held the worker with one hand and slapped his face with the other.
He then walks away as if nothing happened.
Residents took to twitter to protest the situation, calling for justice.
The Riyadh Police issued an official post on their Twitter handle Amanatalriyadh, stating: "With regards to the incident of a municipal worker being attacked in Shuhada Park, we maintain that this is irresponsible, uncultured response.
