Bahrain will allow all flights coming to and departing from UAE to all countries to cross its airspace, an official source at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has announced.
The source said that the Civil Aviation Affairs at the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry had approved the request it had received from the General Civil Aviation Authority in the UAE in this regard.
On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia announced that flights to and from the UAE "from all countries" will now be able to use its airspace - a statement apparently allowing flyovers by Israel following a deal to normalise UAE-Israel relations.
