Why this Saudi man hasn't slept for 30 years

A Saudi man in his 70s who hasn't slept a wink in 30 years just got a free car.
The man's case was referred to several doctors and specialists, but to no avail.
Sources in Saudi media confirm that the man's condition began after he stayed awake for 20 consecutive days during an army assignment. 
Once his army service ended, he went to the hospital to discover the reason for his condition.
Even a team of doctors from four nations were unable to find a cure. The root cause of his chronic insomnia appears to be depression. 
He was given medication to treat his symptoms yet his sleep never returned. 
Yet when the Emir of Al Baha area heard the man's tale, he only had one wish - to have a family car. 
Upon hearing his plight, the Emir assured him that all his needs would be taken care of.
