Up to Dh100,000 prize as Dubai launches Ramadan 'best decorated homes' contest

Dubai has once again launched the 'Best Decorated Homes' contest during the month of Ramadan, with a total of 15 cash prizes set to be awarded this year.
Now in its second year, the competition calls on residents across Dubai to decorate their homes as the spirit of Ramadan takes over the city, with facades expected to be reflect the values of the holy month.
The first-place winner will receive Dh100,000; second place Dh80,000; third place Dh60,000; fourth place Dh40,000; and fifth place Dh20,000. Ten additional winners will each receive Dh10,000.

In order to participate, entries must come from homes located within Dubai. Decorations must focus on front facades using lighting and decorative elements. The deadline for submissions is March 11, 2026.
Participants are required to document their decorations in a creatively filmed video highlighting themes associated with the ‘Year of Family'. The video must be uploaded to the participant’s public Instagram account using the hashtag #Dubai_Best_Decorated_Ramadan_Homes_2026 and tagging @branddubai.
The campaign has been launched this year by the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office — Brand Dubai — as part of the ‘Ramadan in Dubai’ campaign. The competition is organised in collaboration with Emarat Al Youm, which is set to spotlight participating homes.
