Emaar launches Creekside residences in Dubai

Dubai - 'Creekside 18' homes open to views of the Creek; the Downtown Dubai skyline; and the mangroves of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

Emaar Properties has launched the 'Creekside 18' residences in The Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour, a master-planned community located along the Dubai Creek. Dubai Creek Harbour is developed by Emaar Properties as a joint venture with Dubai Holding.
'Creekside 18' homes open to views of the Creek; the Downtown Dubai skyline; and the mangroves of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
'Creekside 18' has 480 residential units. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are located in two 37-storey towers. An additional level of podium apartments are also available.
Potential buyers can register interest online for simultaneous sales events in Dubai and Doha on Saturday or indicate whether they wish to complete the purchase online. Registration does not guarantee purchase.
The sales launch of 'Creekside 18' will be held at the Dubai Creek Harbour sales centre in Dubai from 10am and in Doha at the W Hotel from 9am.
