Real estate developer Dubai Properties Group, or DPG, will increase its revenue in 2015 and a rising population will help support residential prices, the company's chief executive said on Sunday.
The sector's outlook is "very positive - there's an upward trend in the population internally and there's also an influx of migrants to the city", Abdullatif Al Mulla, DPG chief executive, told Reuters. "Every time we launch a new product there's huge demand," he added.
"We compete and cooperate because the end beneficiary is Dubai," said Al Mulla, who was appointed CEO this month.
He said DPG's 2015 profit and revenue will be higher than in 2014, but declined to provide further details. - Reuters
