Azizi launches new residential Dubai projects

The two towers will be completed and delivered by the fourth quarter of 2016; four years before the launch of Expo 2020 in Dubai, where demand for residential properties is expected to upsurge.

Dubai: Azizi Developments, on Monday, announced the launch of its Daisy and Freesia residential project in Al Farjan Master Development in the heart of Dubai.
The project is poised to fulfill the growing need for world-class homes in Dubai offering quality and class beyond compare, supported by the architectural expertise honed by years of Azizi experience in the real estate industry. The new G+11 building is part of a two-tower mid-rise development made up of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. It offers amenities like swimming pools, landscape, GYM and ample car parking.
“We are highly delighted to launch the Daisy and Freesia project that will meet customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations. With luxury, spacious and well lit living, the apartments are designed according to the European architecture and Dubai lifestyle,”said Azizi chief executive officer, Ali Omer.
The two towers will be completed and delivered by the fourth quarter of 2016; four years before the launch of Expo 2020 in Dubai, where demand for residential properties is expected to upsurge. Azizi Developments is the leading sub-developer within Al Furjan master development, where five projects including Azizi Feiruz, Azizi Yasmine, Azizi Liatris, Azizi Orchide and Azizi Iris are being developed, and are expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2016.
Azizi Developments plans to launch new hotel apartments in addition to various projects under construction in Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Health Care City. The value of the projects being developed in Dubai by Azizi Developments is estimated at Dh4.5 billion.
