Dubai - Retailers and leisure venues have been issued strict hygiene protocols in preparation for this.
Retailers and leisure venues have been issued strict hygiene protocols in preparation for this, and to help maintain public health and safety. These include face masks for everyone and ensuring a social distance of 2 metres. Here is a list of all activities that will resume and others that remain closed for now.
>Retail and wholesale stores
>Airports will resume operations for UAE residents who wish to return to the country. Passengers will also be allowed to transit through Dubai. All such travel will, however, be subject to approval from the respective authorities.

>Clinics, including ENT and dentistry. Elective surgeries will also be permitted, provided they don't exceed a duration of 2.5 hours.
>Entertainment and leisure attractions, such as Dubai Ice Rink and Dubai Dolphinarium.
>Cinemas.

>Mosques and religious institutions.
>Beaches except private ones belonging to hotels.
>Children under 12, people over 60 and those with chronic diseases are not allowed to enter shopping centres, cinemas, gyms, etc.
>Operation timings will be outside of sterilisation timings (11pm to 6am)
>Everyone should wear a mask at all times.
>Everyone should always maintain a two-metre social distance.
>All passengers arriving in the country should adhere to a 14-day quarantine.
>Only single-use utensils are allowed.
>Sterilisation must continuously be carried out.
