Burj Khalifa's 'At The Top' is up for sale in Dubai
Dubai - Emaar is looking to raise $1 billion.
'At The Top' is a major tourist attraction in Dubai, which attracted 15.92 million visitors last year and generated Dh600-700 million revenues a year, Reuters reported on Monday.
Emaar declined to comment on the report.
Observation decks of the world's tallest tower consist of three levels – 124 + 125 and 148. At a height 555m, 'At The Top, Burj Khalifa Sky' deck is located on 148th level and costs Dh378 to visit all three levels. 'At The Top, Burj Khalifa' is located on 124 + 125 levels. Visit to the two levels costs Dh149 per person.
Quoting unnamed sources, Reuters said Standard Chartered bank has been appointed as advisor to sell the observation decks.
Emaar’s Q3 2019 net profits rose 20 per cent to $362 million compared to $302 million during the same period in 2018.
