Tonight Reform Social & Grill will open their outdoor terrace once again. Firing up the BBQ for the winter season, the dog-friendly spot will be celebrating by giving away a bottle of hops with every order of The Reform Burger. The terrace will be open from 5pm to close, Sunday to Thursday and all-day Friday & Saturday.

Paint & Grape

If you’re around JLT, Couqley French Bistro’s next Paint & Grape session is on this Saturday. Recreate the famous ‘Lady with a Fan’ painting by Gustav Klimt under the guidance of an art teacher. It is taking place from 2pm to 5pm for Dh390. The class allows you two beverages and canapés whilst creating your own Art Nouveau masterpiece.

How do you want to spend your Saturday afternoon? From 5pm, Alliance Francaise in Oud Metha is screening Madame Hyde starring Isabelle Huppert, Romain Duris and José Garcia. Mrs. Géquil, an eccentric teacher despised by her colleagues and students, gets struck by lightening on a stormy night and faints. When she wakes up, she feels decidedly different. Will she be able to keep the powerful, dangerous Mrs. Hyde contained? The movie will have English subtitles and is free for AF students or Dh35 for non-members.
