Distillery has launched a brand new ladies' night deal, so you can enjoy unlimited bevies with a three course menu for Dh129 per person, every Tuesday from 8pm - 11pm. Expect a fun and upbeat atmosphere at 'Miss Single' ladies' night with live entertainment by a DJ playing the latest hits. For dinner, starters include a choice of chorizo arancini with roasted tomato sauce and Parmesan, spicy tomato bruschetta with roasted garlic and basil, and the Distillery Caesar salad with veal bacon.

Dubai’s only independent movie theatre, Cinema Akil, takes you on a journey to Germany through the big screen this month. Four classic and contemporary German films will run until October 1. Tonight’s feature, Kings of the Road (Im Lauf der Zeit), is about a friendship between two men: Bruno, aka “King of the Road” (Rüdiger Vogler), who repairs film projectors and travels along the inner-German border in his truck, and the psychologist Robert, aka “Kamikaze” (Hanns Zischler), who is fleeing from his own past.
