Video: Strangers form human chain to save drowning boy

The people in the vicinity came together and helped rescue the boy.

This incredible video doing the rounds on the internet will make you believe in humanity. 
In the Tangshan area of China, a dozen people came together to form a human chain on a frozen lake to rescue a drowning child. 
The boy was drowning after falling through the frozen surface of the lake. Given the limited time on hand, the people in the vicinity came together and helped rescue him. In the video, we can see the little boy being pulled out of the frozen lake and covered in a blanket. 
This definitely is the best video of the day.
