Video: Mice chew through cash in Asian ATM

Astana - Two mice were caught on video chomping on cash stashed in the ATM

In the Kazakh capital of Astana, two mice chomped on cash stashed in the cassette ATM after they took shelter inside the kiosk from a snow storm.
The bank workers were shocked to discover the pair amidst ruined notes when the machine was re-stocked with cash.
They recorded the mice and their ravage on a video which also shows ATM compartment laden with feces all over. In the video uploaded on local social media a voice can be heard saying, "And here we have a mouse. An entire mafia here," as the bank workers lift the cover on a box containing a pile of chewed money. The video shows the rodents when the banknotes are moved aside and the female workers can be heard squeaking with shock.
The bank has not revealed as to how much cash was destroyed but the local media estimated around $300 notes were chewed by the mice.
