A boy in China crawled through an X-ray machine at a train station security check-point but fortunately was unhurt in the incident.
Security staff at the Xioaloan railway station in southern China's Guangdong Province were surprised when they saw the image of a child on their monitor. The incident took place on October 9 and Guangzhou Railway Police released an X-ray picture showing the child inside the machine, Daily Mail quoted Guangzhou Daily report.

The video footage of the incident shows the boy standing up and walking out of the X-ray machine. The father-son duo had no luggage with them and neither the father nor the train station staff appeared to be paying attention to the child when crawled into the X-ray machine.
The X-ray machine emits radiation that can pass through the human body and are mainly used for medical purposes. According to NHS, being exposed to X-rays carries a 'small' risk of causing cancer 'many years or decades later'. An X-ray of one's chest, limbs or teeth is equivalent to a few days' worth of background radiation, and has less than a 1 in 1,000,000 chance of causing cancer, said NHS.
A similar incident in the Guangdong Province in February, a woman climbed inside an x-ray machine clutching her handbag, fearing it would be stolen otherwise.
